4. Planning

We strive to make the planning portion of your child's bar/bat mitzvah party as “EZ” and stress free as possible! As part of our standard entertainment package, we provide you with all the tools you need to plan a successful party on your own, helping the process remain stress free throughout while also allowing you to realize savings or perks with the vendors we know and trust. 

We firmly believe "all the work is done before you show up," but many times, families want someone physically at the party to make sure the details go according to plan as best as possible. That's where we step in!  We specialize in "Day Of" planning, so we can be an extension of you during the party. Our Day Of planner will meet with you prior to the celebration to fill out an Event Questionnaire and create a comprehensive Event Guide, making sure all the vendors know exactly where to be and when to be there.  Then, we will show up from load-in to load-out, allowing you to let loose!
